Lichtwerk
The “LICHTWERK” project is one of the last opportunities to create a mixed-use campus near to the circular S-Bahn line that offers a commercial mix of the manufacturing industry, the digital and healthcare industries as well as offices and restaurants. We are delighted that we have acquired such an interesting property in a prominent location in Berlin and that we are allowed to develop our first project in Berlin together with our partner PATRIZIA.
The property contains existing listed buildings with approximately 32,000 m² of overground gross floor area. The buildings date from around 1910 and, according to the valid preliminary building permit, offer building potential of around 21,000 m². An industrial-style campus with various area and usage types is planned for the site. Offices, labs and workshops aim to offer a diversified site that offers a high level of amenities to a wide target group.
