People say there’s no second chance when it comes to making a first impression. The city of Bonn is getting this second chance with the URBAN SOUL project development.
The formerly dreary and uninviting forecourt of Bonn’s railway station is being reinterpreted and redesigned for the future with an appropriate utilisation concept.
As a "Triad for Bonn", URBAN SOUL offers three buildings:
- A lifestyle house with elegant retail spaces, a fitness studio and a restaurant,
- A comfort hotel with a gastro area
- A city office with modern offices and a public car park.
